Syrve is an international company providing POS systems to large restaurant chains. They operate through a network of business partners in each country. They were interested in expanding their presence in Poland and grow customer base.

Phase 1: Building a Partnership Network

Our initial goal was to identify and secure partnerships with Polish POS integrators willing to collaborate with Syrve. They required 2-3 integrators to establish a foothold in Poland before moving on to lead generation among end customers.

After onboarding, we gained in-depth knowledge of Syrve’s solutions, target partners, and potential customers. We reviewed their unique selling points, working closely with Syrve to align on strategy. Using resources such as Google, Bizspace, LinkedIn, and Polish databases, we identified companies fitting Syrve’s ideal partner profile and began outreach.

Our team scheduled approximately 10 meetings with potential partners. Syrve successfully established partnerships with two of these integrators. We collaborated with Syrve’s Business Development Manager throughout this phase, participating in each meeting, handling all follow-ups, and assisting both parties with deal coordination.

Phase 2: Lead Generation with Restaurant Chains

Following our success in Phase 1, Syrve tasked us with identifying end customers in Poland. Their target was restaurant chains with 10+ locations, ideally using at least two POS systems per site.

To identify these customers, we utilized LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, and external databases. Our outreach strategy involved cold emails and calls. We contacted over 100 restaurant chains that met Syrve’s criteria. A number of these chains entered the sales pipeline and are currently in negotiation stages.

We arranged meetings with potential customers and continued to support Syrve’s Business Development Manager by attending each meeting, managing follow-ups, and coordinating the sales process.
