Sales Development Representative (Specjalista ds. Sprzedaży)

Location: Gdańsk (on-site or hybrid)
Employment type: Full-time, B2B contract or Umowa Zlecenie
Salary:

  • 7,500 – 11,000 PLN gross / month (Umowa Zlecenie)

  • 8,500 – 12,000 PLN net + VAT / month (B2B)

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Architecture of Sales, you will represent international B2B clients looking to grow in the Polish market. This role combines communication, coordination, and sales execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients on behalf of our partners

  • Schedule sales meetings and follow up with leads

  • Communicate daily with prospects via email, phone, and social media

  • Coordinate the sales process and ensure proper follow-through

  • Execute prospecting campaigns using tools such as Woodpecker or Snov.io

  • Use CRM software and report results weekly

  • (Optional) Deliver client presentations depending on the project

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience

  • Native Polish and minimum B2 English

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and focus on results

  • Openness to learning and trying new tools and strategies

  • High personal culture and professional attitude
