Location: Gdańsk (on-site or hybrid)

Salary:

7,500 – 11,000 PLN gross / month (Umowa Zlecenie)

8,500 – 12,000 PLN net + VAT / month (B2B)
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Architecture of Sales, you will represent international B2B clients looking to grow in the Polish market. This role combines communication, coordination, and sales execution in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients on behalf of our partners

Schedule sales meetings and follow up with leads

Communicate daily with prospects via email, phone, and social media

Coordinate the sales process and ensure proper follow-through

Execute prospecting campaigns using tools such as Woodpecker or Snov.io

Use CRM software and report results weekly

(Optional) Deliver client presentations depending on the project
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience

Native Polish and minimum B2 English

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle pressure and focus on results

Openness to learning and trying new tools and strategies

High personal culture and professional attitude
